What is Risalat in Islam?
The literal meaning of the word Risalat is to convey the message, letter, message, news, or any other good deed. In Islamic terminology, the responsibility of conveying the holy message of Allah Ta'ala to the people is called Risalat. And the one who performs this duty is called Rasool. Rasul is the plural of the word Rasul.
The importance of faith in Risala
It is essential to
believe in Risala in Islamic philosophy. Along with the belief in Tawheed,
every believer and Muslim has to believe in the message.
This is beautifully stated in Kalima Tayyiba, the essence of
Islam. Tawheed has been declared by the first part of this Kalima (La ilaha
illallah; meaning there is no god but Allah). And with the second part
(Muhammadur Rasulullah: Meaning- Prophethood has been declared by Muhammad
(SAW) Rasulullah). So one has to believe in Risala just as one believes in
Tawheed.
In fact, no one can be a believer without believing in the
message. Because human knowledge is limited. It is not possible to get the full
identity of the Infinite, Infinite Allah Ta'ala with this little knowledge.
That is why the Prophets have revealed the identity of Allah Ta'ala to the
people. Has described his full potential and qualities.
They have brought the way of life and guidance given by Allah
Ta'ala for the welfare of this world and the hereafter. Had it not been for
Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) we would not have known anything about the Prophet and
the Messenger. I could not even get the identity of the essence and attribute
of Allah Ta'ala.
Originally brought by the Prophets It has become possible for human beings only because of words and narrations. Therefore, it is very important to believe in all these messages of the Prophets. Because, if you deny the message, it is Allah Almighty In other words, it is denied. Therefore, believing in Risala in human life is defined as an important part of faith.
The purpose of sending a prophet-messenger
Allah Ta'ala has sent innumerable prophets and messengers
from age to age. They were not sent to the world without purpose, but they have
fulfilled the duty of prophethood and prophethood. They had to do a lot of work
to fulfill the responsibilities of prophethood and prophethood. Some of the

The qualities of the prophets and messengers
Prophets and messengers were the chosen servants of Allah
Ta'ala. Allah Ta'ala Himself is their Prophethood and Message Chosen to perform
duties.
Allah Ta'ala says
“Allah Ta'ala chooses a Messenger from among the angels and also from among the people; GOD is Hearer, Seer. " (Surah Al-Hajj, verse 65).
Thus the prophets and messengers were endowed with special qualities as chosen servants. First, they were sincere believers in Allah Ta'ala. They used to follow the instructions of Allah Ta'ala in all their words and deeds. Their main characteristic was complete obedience to Allah Ta'ala.
The prophets and messengers were very wise, intelligent, prudent, and prudent. They were innocent. They were pure from all kinds of sin. Allah Ta'ala Himself protected them from all kinds of injustice and obscenity. Hazrat Yusuf (AS) was a famous prophet. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): He was one of my sincere servants. " (Surah Yusuf, verse 24)
Prophets were of the best character. They practiced all the
virtues. They were very honest, truthful, just. All kinds of human qualities
like kindness, forgiveness, patience, etc. existed in their character. Lying,
deception, slander, violence, hatred, etc. were never the slightest trace of
bad character in their character. Rather, they were the unique ideals of
mankind for goodness.
The prophets and messengers were incomparable in their duty
and responsibility. They did not show the slightest laziness and indifference
in carrying out the duties of prophethood and prophethood. On the contrary, he
has patiently endured many persecutions and oppressions of the disbelievers.
But even then they have duly conveyed the message of Allah Ta'ala to the people.
They were selfless and selfless. They never shied away from their
responsibilities in the hope of worldly gain. The disbelievers are tempted to
stop preaching Islam Show. But they did not bow down to worldly interests.
Prophets and apostles were the symbols of renunciation in preaching the religion. Without any hesitation, they would give up worldly comforts, pleasures, and riches at the command of Allah. In the interest of propagating the religion, the Prophet (peace be upon him) left his home, relatives, and even his own country, Mecca, and migrated to Medina. There are many more such examples of abandonment in the biographies of the Prophets.
The line of prophethood
Allah Ta'ala has sent innumerable prophets and messengers from age to age. The first prophet was Hazrat Adam (AS), and the last prophet and messenger were Hazrat Muhammad (AS). Among them, Allah Ta'ala has sent many more prophets and messengers. This sequence of the arrival of the prophets and messengers is called the sequence of prophethood. Allah Ta'ala has sent Prophets and Guides for all groups or nations in the world.
Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “And for every
people, there is a guide”
They used to call people to one God. He used to instruct us
to follow the true and beautiful way of life i.e. the religion of Allah.
From the beginning of creation till today, the rules and
regulations of religion have not been the same. Rather, different laws are
given based on the environment, situation, civilization, culture, etc. of mankind.
Prophets and messengers are used to implement it in human society. However, the
basic structure of the religion of all the prophets and messengers was one and
the same. The monotheism of tawhid of Allah Ta'ala was the essence of the
religion preached by all. All the prophets and messengers from Adam (peace be
upon him) onwards have preached this religion. Prophet Noah (peace be upon
him), Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him), Prophet Moses (peace be upon him),
Prophet David (peace be upon him), Prophet Jesus (peace be upon him) all
preached this same religion and teaching. Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace
be upon him) was the last prophet in the line of prophethood. No prophet came
after him, nor will he come. So Allah Ta'ala perfects the religion through him.
Allah Ta'ala declares
"Today I have perfected your religion for you, completed My blessings upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion." (Surat al-Ma'ida, verse 3)
In this way, as a result of the fulfillment of the rules and
regulations of the religion, the stream of arrival of the prophets and
messengers also stopped. As a result, the line of prophethood is also
fulfilled. All these prophets and messengers who came for the guidance of the
people were the chosen servants of Allah Ta'ala. It is essential to have faith
in all of them.
Allah Ta'ala says
“The Messenger believes in what has been revealed to him from his Lord, and so do the believers. All of them believe in God, His angels, His books, and His messengers. They say, "We make no distinction between any of His messengers." (Surat al-Baqara, verse 265)
It is an essential condition of faith to believe in all the prophets and messengers who come in the line of prophethood. Some of them cannot be believed and some cannot be disbelieved. Rather, everyone should believe in the Prophet-Messenger sent by Allah Ta'ala. Proper respect and dignity should be given to a prophet-messenger. Any kind of anyone You can't be ridiculed or mocked.
The last and greatest prophet
The last and greatest
prophet in the line of prophethood was our beloved prophet Hazrat Muhammad
(PBUH). He | Was endowed with unique features. All the prophets and messengers who
came to the world came with responsibilities for a particular tribe, a
particular country, for a certain period of time. But Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH)
was the prophet of all people in all parts of the world. He is a world prophet.
Allah Ta'ala says
“(O Prophet!) You say, O mankind! I am the Messenger of Allah for all of you. " (Surah Al-A'raf, verse 156).
Rasulullah (saw) was
the prophet of all time. He is the Prophet of all people who will come till the
Day of Resurrection. His teachings, ideals, and the book Al-Quran brought by all
must be followed. He is the prophet of mercy. He is a special blessing of Allah
Ta'ala for mankind.
Allah Ta'ala says
"(O Prophet!) I have sent you to the world only as a mercy." (Surah Al-Ambiya, verse 106)
Therefore, our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was the last and greatest prophet. It is the duty of every Muslim to believe in Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) as the last and greatest prophet.
The meaning of prophethood in Khatm and the importance of believing in it
Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) was the last prophet. Through him, the
perfection of religion is declared and the line of prophethood is ended. He is
the last to arrive in the line of Prophets. Allah Ta'ala Himself has called him
‘Khatamun Nabiyyin’ i.e. the last Prophet.
Khatamun means to end, completion. And prophethood is the
responsibility of the prophets. So the end of prophethood means the end of
prophethood. And the one through whom the line of prophethood comes to an end
is Khatamun Nabiyyin or the last prophet.
Allah Ta'ala has sent innumerable prophets and messengers
from age to age. The first of these was Hazrat Adam (AS). And the last was
Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH). Through Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) the series of the arrival of
prophets and messengers came to an end. So he is the last Nabi or Khatamun
Nabiyyin.
Allah Ta'ala says
“Muhammad is not the father of any man among you; Rather, he is the Messenger of Allah and the Last Prophet. " (Surat al-Ahzab, 40)
One of the meanings of the word khatam is a seal. A seal is
drawn on something when it is full. After inserting the seal, nothing can be
inserted into it. The seal of prophethood is the announcement of the end of
prophethood. Declaration of the end of prophethood. That is, no new person can
be a prophet and can not enter the stream of prophethood. This is the essence
of prophethood in the end.
Our favorite prophet (sa) is Khatamun Nabiyyin. He is the
last prophet. There is no prophet after him. No prophet has come since then.
You will not come till the Day of Resurrection. Those who follow him are
prophets They claim that they are all hypocrites, liars, and deceivers.
Because the Prophet (peace be upon him) said,
آکا خاتم التبین لا تیئ
بغین
Meaning: “I am the
last prophet. There is no prophet after me. ” (Sahih Muslim)
In another hadith, the Prophet (peace and blessings of
Allaah be upon him) said: “Soon a liar will appear in my ummah. They will each
claim to be prophets. But I am the last prophet. No prophet will come after me.
” (Abu Dawood)
Believing in Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) as Khatamun Nabiyyin is
one of the parts of faith. All those who claimed to be prophets after him are
liars. We will not believe them as prophets. Them. Education, I will reject the
norm. We will follow the ideals and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be
upon him) in all aspects of life.
Prophecy and prophethood in the development of moral values
Islam is a religion of morality. All the beliefs, rules, teachings, and ideals of Islam play an important role in the development of morality and human values. Prophecy and prophethood are essential in Islamic life philosophy. Prophecy and prophethood are the responsibility of the prophets and messengers. Delivering the words and teachings of Allah Ta'ala to the people is called prophethood and prophethood. by moral and human values in the teachings of Prophethood and Prophecy.

prophethood inspire people in the ideals of prophets and messengers. The
prophets and messengers were sinless. They were entitled to all the virtues. A sample of good characters was their biography. No form of injustice, immorality, or obscenity was ever in their character. Rather, one of their responsibilities
was to uphold the ideals of policy and ethics at all times.
Allah Ta'ala says
"There is a good example for you in the Messenger of Allah." (Surah Al-Ahzab, verse 21)
In fact, the Prophets were of good character. Their
biography and education are ideal for us. The Prophet (peace and blessings of
Allaah be upon him) said: I have been sent as a teacher. (Ibn Majah)
Rasulullah (SAW) was a great teacher of humanity. He taught
people humanity and moral values. He has given instructions for mutual unity,
brotherhood, help, and cooperation among people. He spoke of truth, justice, and
humanity instead of oppression, injustice, and immorality. Instructed people to
be of good character. He has taught people to uphold morality by practicing
moral and human principles in their lives.
He said to himself
I have been sent to give perfection of good qualities." (Bayhaki)
In fact, all the prophets and messengers were examples of good ideals. And our beloved Prophet (PBUH) was the best of them all. All human qualities were fully present in his character. We enter the Islamic way of life through belief in prophethood and prophecy. Then the Prophets I wish the welfare of this world and the hereafter by following the biography and ideals. In this way, our life and character are better. Moral and human values are developed. Humanity develops in human society instead of bestiality.
